Overview

Quicksilver partnered with an IT consulting firm to support a growing healthcare tech company scaling its digital platform. We were engaged to augment delivery capacity across several critical technical initiatives, ranging from mobile development to data migration and quality assurance.

The Challenge

The client faced an urgent need to accelerate the development and stabilization of its digital platform, including Flutter-based mobile applications, backend integrations, and QA processes, all under tight deadlines and evolving internal team structures.

Our Role

Quicksilver was engaged through a strategic partnership with an IT services firm to provide high-performance personnel across roles: scrum masters, developers, and QA engineers. Our scope included team embedding, Agile coaching, workflow optimization and end-to-end execution support.

The Solution

We deployed a multidisciplinary team of specialists, including three experienced Scrum Masters, a QA Engineer and a senior Developer. Each was embedded directly into distinct workstreams (e.g., deep linking, vision systems, data migration). Using tools like BambooHR for tracking and reporting and leveraging Agile best practices, our team integrated seamlessly into the client’s processes.
